A premium Shanghainese dining place. Shang Society specializes on Shanghainese dim sum and the Chinese Northern dishes. The smart casual dining concept includes the signature pan-fried pork bun “Sheng Jian Bao” and “Rainbow Sheng Jian”. The “Sheng Jian Bao” is a small hand-made pan-fried pork bun filled with succulent moist minced meat with pork base broth placed raw into an enormous griddle pan and fried on open fire. The buns have a crusty bottom and tender dough.
Apart from the first-in-Singapore “Rainbow Shen Jian”, Bromat has created two delectable Sino-Singapore dishes, Crispy Rice with Chili Crab Meat Sauce and Yangzhou Fried Rice with Chili Meat Sauce. The flagship outlet is located at Scarlet Hotel, Singapore and will be opened for business in September 2024.
