Bromat operates a chain of mid to high-end corporate institutional catering throughout Singapore’s office and industrial sectors, a Shanghainese restaurant called Shang Society at Scarlet Hotel, a Little Sheep Hotpot franchise restaurant at Orchard Gateway and a bakery café supplying bakes and food to leading supermarkets chains in Singapore
